These two routes share the same road for the entire mile in Missouri. The east end is at I-44 exit 1 west of Joplin (15SUA 36530 95885).

Photo below looking east (courtesy Scott Nazelrod, August 2007). In December 2008 driving through the area, I observed that the signs were removed about when a roundabout was constructed for a casino entrance.
