This information was as of the latest update April 17, 2000 on James Baughn's site. The only changes I have made to this page are fixing links as able. I can not guarantee how long the links to the Cape Rock site will last.

About I-57

I-57 terminates in Southeast Missouri. It branches off of I-55 near Sikeston, heads eastward, crosses the Mississippi River near Cairo, IL, and then turns northward. It is the north-south backbone of Southern Illinois. I-57's northern end terminates in Chicago.

Below is a rough draft exit chart. It covers the 22 miles or so that I-57 is in Missouri. The chart should be fairly self-explanatory, excerpt perhaps for the abbreviations used to designate roads:

Route B - Missouri state secondary road.

MO 77 - Missouri state (primary) highway.

US 60 - US highway.

I-55 - Interstate.
