On 29 November 2009, I headed to Kansas City after spending Thanksgiving weekend in Milan. Here are a couple of sign errors spotted enroute.
Sign orientation error at SR OO in Milan. This is viewed from northbound State Street at Baker. SR OO does head to the left, but also ahead. The sign should have been facing drivers eastbound on Baker. This is part of SR OO maintained by the city of Milan; state maintenance does not begin until north of the overpass over MO 5 & 6.
Sign error: MO 24 (should be US 24), eastbound at MO 3. Sign in background is correct.
